Deputy <strong>May</strong>or Walker gave Notice of Motion that at the next regular meeting of <strong>Halifax</strong><br />
<strong>Regional</strong> Council to be held on Tuesday, <strong>May</strong> 9, <strong>2006</strong>, he intends to introduce for adoption an<br />
amendment to Administrative Order 1, Appendix “A” the purpose of which is the further clarify<br />
the Public Hearing Process.<br />

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.<br />
