Top class – robust, resilient and economical. This key data characterises the stepped<br />
4-axle flatbed trailer from the <strong>Humbaur</strong> HTD Series and represents the top end of<br />
the range of turntable trailers. The model impresses, amongst other things, with<br />
its stepped loading platform. The transition from the lower platform and the top<br />
platform is ideally suited as a stop for wheeled or tracked vehicles and also contributes<br />
to load securing. The manual lowering and air-suspended rear axle unit,<br />
together with the low loading height and shallow drive-up angle of just approx.<br />
10° ensure superior drive-up convenience and safe loading and unloading. The<br />
optional hot-dip galvanised chassis frame and turntable frame and the standard<br />
hot-dip galvanised drive-up ramps provide outstanding corrosion protection. Three<br />
different mounting heights are available for the drawbar to allow compatibility<br />
with the various coupling heights of the tractor units. The 1 pair of 10 t lashing rings<br />
on the top platform and the 3 pairs recessed in the lower platform, with generous<br />
water and dirt outlets, provide a wide variety of ideal load-securing opportunities,<br />
in combination with additional lashing points integrated in the external frame.<br />
Two stowage boxes integrated in the turntable platform provide adequate stowage<br />
for lashing equipment, e. g. or for similar items. To ensure smooth running, this<br />
vehicle has SAF flatbed trailer axles with enclosed S-cam brakes and an electronically<br />
controlled 4S / 3M EBS compressed air braking system with spring accumulator.<br />
A comprehensive range of accessories allows you to adapt this flatbed trailer to your<br />
individual requirements.<br />
