You may use form IA-S to apply for or renew a licence that permits you to import or deal in or with irradiating apparatus.

Irradiating apparatus to be imported and sold in Hong Kong shall comply with the requirements on radiation safety provided under the
Radiation Ordinance(Cap 303) Laws of Hong Kong.

Any current licence mentioned in this application must remain valid on the date of submission of this application. The Radiation Board will require,
as it is appropriate for the situation, any expired licence to be renewed to a valid state before accepting this application.
