Features<br />
For automatic assembly robot<br />
• Three series of screwdrivers can be mounted on the XY robot<br />
• Automatic screw tightening achieves a labor-saving or unattended process<br />
• Long-life brushless motors are in<strong>co</strong>rporated in the electric screwdrivers<br />
• Standard <strong>co</strong>upling, flange <strong>co</strong>upling, and left-hand thread <strong>co</strong>upling are<br />
available for installation<br />
• The electric screwdriver generates the torque-up signal<br />
• The screwdrivers can be <strong>co</strong>nnected to a sequencer to <strong>co</strong>ntrol starting,<br />
forward rotation, and reverse rotation<br />
• An electrical noise preventive measure is employed to avoid malfunction.<br />
Each input/output signal is insulated from a screwdriver’s internal circuit by<br />
a photo<strong>co</strong>upler.<br />
