Business Challenge<br />

The <strong>Next</strong> Directory is delivered to a targeted section <strong>of</strong> customers every<br />

year selected using an in-house process that allowed <strong>the</strong> retailer to evaluate<br />

a number <strong>of</strong> key variables. As part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir continuous improvement<br />

process, <strong>Next</strong> decided to look for additional ways <strong>of</strong> identifying <strong>the</strong>ir optimum<br />

customer base to send <strong>the</strong> catalogue.


Solution<br />

<strong>Next</strong> and predictive analytics specialists <strong>Blue</strong> <strong>Yonder</strong> worked toge<strong>the</strong>r to<br />

help evaluate its customer data and identify optimum selections for its<br />
