9.7. Records of Analytical and Monitoring In<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
Records of analytical and monitoring in<strong>for</strong>mation must include all of the following:<br />
The date, place, and time of sampling or measurement.<br />
The individuals who per<strong>for</strong>med the sampling or measurement.<br />
The date analysis was per<strong>for</strong>med.<br />
The individual who per<strong>for</strong>med the analysis.<br />
The analytical technique or method used.<br />
The results of the analysis or measurement.<br />
