Rules & Guidelines:<br />

• All youth under age 19 must wear ASTM and SEI approved head gear with chin<br />

strap and properly fitted harness while mounted and riding, including warm ups,<br />

every time, every rider. NO EXCEPTIONS<br />

• <strong>Iowa</strong> horse rules will apply<br />

• Classes may be combined<br />

• Contestants are to act courteously at all times. Unnecessary roughness or<br />

discourtesy will eliminate exhibitor from further competition<br />

• Not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen goods<br />

• Exhibitors may only enter in a class once<br />

• <strong>Horse</strong>s may only enter in a class once<br />

• Judges decision will be final. NO EXCEPTIONS<br />

• Participants should wear a long sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and hard soled<br />

shoes.. Approved helmets are required for all participants under 19 years.<br />
