sheet was lled in which recorded the following:<br />

3. Location-Street address.<br />
4. GSP location (digital Longitude & Latitude).<br />
5. Height.<br />
6. Time.<br />
7. Mileage.<br />
8. Habitat description.<br />
9. Land use.<br />
10. Water ow/clarity/condition, etc.<br />
11. <strong>Aquatic</strong> plants.<br />
12. Species/collection methods.<br />
