1.) Please take care of the direction of the cable.
You can see the correct direction in the writing „Groneberg Serie 3“.
Direction: G of GRONEBERG to the equipment and y of Made in Germany to the powersocket.
Take the side of the cable with the y of Made
in Germany.
Unisolate about 35mm of the blue cable
isolation.
Unbend the shielding and twist it together.
Crimp it about 10mm away from the tip and
cut the rest off.

Unisolate the red conductor about 7mm and
crimp it.
Unisolate the black conductor about 7mm
and crimp it.
Place the Schukoplugs housing over the
cable.
Fix the shielding to the ground-screw.
Fix the red conductor to the phase-screw.
Fix the black conductor to the neutral screw.
Mount the cable fixation.
Mark the pin the red conductors are fixed to
as phase.
Mount the Schukoplugs housing to the plug.

Take the other side of the cable.
Unisolate about 35mm of the blue cable
isolation.
Unbend the shielding and twist it together.
Unisolate the red conductor about 7mm and
crimp it.
Unisolate the black conductor about 7mm
and crimp it.
Unmount the IEC 320 connector and place
the black cable-protection on the cable.
Mount the shielding to the contact in the
middle.
Fix the red conductor to the side marked
with L.
Fix the black conductor to the side marked
with N.
Mount the cable-fixation.

Close the connectors housing.
