basic forms, adaptable 

materials, and above all, shoe 

footbeds that are individually 

fit to the person and his or her 

needs. With the help of a newly 

developed photo-scan technology,

The Technology 

BASE: Depending on the type 

of foot, suitable base forms 

are used. 

ACTIVE SHOCK ABSORPTION: 

Polymer cushion elements are 

attached to the main pressure 

zones (balls and heels). They 

serve as absorption of force 

points during a foot’s contact 

in the dynamic rolling motion 

and protect the musculoskeletal 

system from overstraining. 

CUSHION LAYER: The top layer 

of cushion spans over the entire 

footbed. Made from elastic, 

shock absorbing, thermallyadaptable 

materials, it automatically 

fits to the foot form, and 

therefore, reduces the pressure 

points under the foot sole and 

produces a consistent pressure 

distribution. 

COVER: Made from hightech, 

breathable textiles, it 

protects the cushion layer, 

enhances the breathability 

and, via moisture 

dissipation, ensures a 

comfortable foot environment. 

Summer products and soles with 

heating elements are perforated in 

the forefoot, in order to optimize 

the breathability and the foot 

environment. 

SENSOMOTORIC / CROSS ARCH 

SUPPORT (PELOT): Systematically 

used, propriozeptive elements 

support the foot during dynamic 

sports. 

YCT – ENERGY ELEMENT: Through 

the special workmanship of the YCT

5.Cooling phase in the correct 

standing position (approx.

6. Checking the fit form
