Mobile-Cleaner-Combination<br />
Screw Conveyor with attached Cyclone-Precleaner<br />
Mobile, compact cleansing plants with 4 different conveyor- and cleansing power ratings and 3 different outlet<br />
heights. The cyclone-precleaner loaded by the screw conveyor can separate parts which are lighter than grain, e.g.,<br />
dust, husks, small grain etc.<br />
The aerial amount and so the cleansing degree can be changed by means of air regulator at the exit of the cleaner<br />
blower or by means of electronic speed regulation of the blower engine.<br />
The grain is supplied by inlet connection at the side right in the cleansing cone. By the turning distributor wheel the<br />
grain is optimally distributed, cleaned and continued in the collective funnel.<br />
In the attached dust cyclone the cleaning out is separated from the air and can be, e.g., packed.<br />

Sieve-Pipe-Cleaner<br />
By extanding of the mobile-cleaner-combination type <strong>VRK</strong> with a sieve-pipe cleaner (hole diameter<br />
3,5 mm) the cleaning results can be optimised, because the little, relatively heavy pollution (e.g. weed seeds, break<br />
grain, small grain, earth leftovers) will already mainly be sieved out by the conveyor movement and mixing<br />
movement of the screw conveyor.<br />
