Modulsilos (<strong>hopper</strong>silos)<br />
<strong>Gruber</strong>-<strong>modulsilos</strong> are available in sizes up to capacity of max. 30 m 3 . The silos are intended<br />
for inside installation. <strong>Gruber</strong>-<strong>modulsilos</strong> can be flexibel adapted to the present space. A later<br />
extension is possible at any time.<br />
The <strong>hopper</strong> or rather the silo <strong>wall</strong>s are made of 1,5 to 3mm strong galvanized steel plate. The<br />
silofeet are made up of 3mm or 4mm steel plate depending on silotype. The <strong>modulsilos</strong> are<br />
provided especially as storage container for computer-controlled milling- and mixing plants<br />
or for automatical feeding plants.<br />
The slope of the discharge <strong>hopper</strong> is 60° for floury goods (e.g. mixed feed etc.) and 50° for<br />
pellets. For grain and granulated materials you can use a 40° <strong>hopper</strong>.<br />
<strong>Gruber</strong>-<strong>modulsilos</strong> are available <strong>with</strong> inspection glass (for control of filling height) and<br />
inspection entry door. Further a vent pipe of ∅250mm (perforated plate <strong>with</strong> 2mm holediameter)for<br />
ventilation of grain can be installed.<br />
Depending on the <strong>hopper</strong> slope outlet slides are available <strong>with</strong> 150x150, 200x200 or<br />
350x350mm. Because of special outlet transitions, flexible conveyors as well as augers can be<br />
attached. On demand the silos can be provided <strong>with</strong> silocover, filling pipes and filter system.<br />
