LineLazer – are very popular since many years as powerful and practice
oriented marking devices with well-proven AIRLESS – technique.
A high-pressure piston pump compresses the marking paint and extrudes it
through a special AIRLESS – nozzle. Thereby a sharp-edged spray jet with very
little overspray is produced, resulting in a line with the same sharp edges –
nearly looking like adhered foils.
All material contacted parts are made of stainless steel so also water-based
marking paints can be processed.
Further advantages are e.g. a minimum of overspray, the low cleaning effort
and the easy operation.
The special model LineLazer 200 HS – Compressor allows the application of
reflecting beads via compressed air - bead gun.
The models LineLazer HS 130 – 2K and HS 200 – 2K for processing
2-component cold spray plastic with 1:1 mixing ratio is a flexible alternative to
big machines.
The AUTO – LAYOUT – System is an ingenious feature to ease the measuring
and pre-marking work on parking areas and at centre markings.
LineDriver – self-propelled drive unit with hydrostatic drive and various
capabilities. Foot pedals for infinitely variable drive forward and backwards. The
LineDriver upgrades the LineLazer to a powerful marking unit – even for
marking jobs on the road.
The model LineDriver – Air, equipped with big engine, compressor and strong
generator allows to work with skip-line control and bead gun.
Satellit – The ingenious tool for the everyday „problem areas“.
Undercarriage with holder for the LineLazer-spray gun. The small and compact
Satellit allows effortless marking at narrow places, like e.g. between parking
cars, pillars in car parks, left edges etc.
FieldLazer – the low cost marking unit for all sports areas on lawn. For the
processing of special water-based paint for lawn marking all materialcontacted
parts are made of special steel.
Easy to transport, powerful for efficient work also on big areas – the musthave
for every stadium and every parks and gardens department.

The LineLazer – model range from GRACO convinces through high ease of use, robust technique and exceptional
line quality. Five marking devices with various sizes and different performance data for every application are
available. The LineLazer devices are hard to beat with their great performance on parking places and indoor
marking but also as supplemental device for road marking (e.g. for block markings and pictograms). Useful
supplemental devices like LineDriver, Auto-Layout and Satellit or the LineLazer HS 200-2K for 2 component cold
spray plastic or the LineLazer with compressor complete our range.

The LineLazer 130 HS is equipped with hydraulic material pump drive, gasoline engine 4.0 HP (3 kW), pump flow

LineDriver and LineDriver – Air
Hydrostatic driven, comfortable move forward and backwards via foot pedal, simply to couple like a passenger car trailer – this
drive unit upgrades the LineLazer to a powerful sit-on marking machine.
The compressor upgrade on the LineDriver – Air allows the use of a bead gun and because of the powerful alternator e.g. a
skip-line control can be installed.

LineLazer 200 HS – Compressor
Good retro reflection values are essential for line markings on public
places. Therefore the LineLazer 200 HS – Compressor is equipped
with a compressor which allows the use of a pneumatically controlled
bead gun. Besides that is the machine a normal LineLazer – with all
proven features and advantages!
LineLazer HS 130 – 2K / LineLazer HS 200 – 2K
Instead of the „open system“ with spray resin and coated beads which
was so far used for the manual processing of 2-component cold spray
plastic these devices now offer various practical applications.
The two material components are sprayed „wet in wet“ with open
mixing system 1:1. The application ranges from car parks
(underground parking) via block markings up to repair jobs after
renewal of the road surface. The powerful model HS 200 – 2K is
suitable to apply wide lines up to 50 cm.
Where previously complex technique had to be used this flexible
device is now quickly on the spot.

AUTO- LAYOUT – the ingenious pre-marking system.
Controlled by the on-board computer of the LineLazer is this module
really helpful to measure and pre-mark car-parks and centre lines.
The AUTO – LAYOUT -System must be ordered
with the LineLazer – upgrading is not possible!
The computer measures and gives a signal to
the AUTO-LAYOUT-System which operates the
pre-marking spray can (accessories) setting
marker points with a precision of 7 mm.
Joining the marker points with the spray jet is
the final step.

Satellit –
narrow places, parking cars, marking between pillars,
etc. – with the Satellit such situations are no longer a
problem.
Fed by the marking machine LineLazer the spray gun is
simply clamped to the Satellit. The handy device allows
precise marking at narrow places.
