Description: Provide a URL.<br />
This URL may be used by the client to reach a server,<br />
in order for the user to subscribe to the VVM service.<br />
This field may be returned when the return<br />
code (rc) is "VVM not provisioned".<br />
Legal Values: String, maximum 100 characters<br />

Description: Determines the IMAP4/SMTP server IP<br />
address or Fully Qualified Domain Name.<br />
This field is mandatory, but is not returned for<br />
U and B events (see st).<br />
Legal Values: Prefix followed by VVM server IP address or<br />
Fully Qualified Domain Name, maximum<br />
length 30 characters.<br />
