Description: Defines if the pin code must be reset by the
user at the VVM service activation.
This field is mandatory.
This field is sent only for new provisioning status.
This parameter, if set to Yes, does not prevent the
client to activate the VVM service, but is an indication
which may be used by the client as a condition to
close the NUT.
Legal Values: String, Maximum 1 character:

V = voice signature
G = normal greeting
B = Both the normal greeting and the voice signature
