provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purposes of selecting the right partners for our brands. The submission and processing
of the Dealer Application Form obligates neither the applicant nor Harley-Davidson to become a party to a Motorcycle Dealer Contract. Any investment
and expenditure made by the applicant in contemplation of Harley-Davidson entering into a Motorcycle Dealer Contract are at the applicant’s sole risk
and do not in any way obligate Harley-Davidson. This document requires that you submit certain personal information to
Harley-Davidson. Before doing so, please consult our privacy notice at the end of the Dealer Application Form.

including the investigation of this Application Form by Harley-Davidson, is only the first step in the application process to
become a Harley-Davidson or Buell authorised dealer, and implies no commitment by Harley-Davidson to become part of a
Harley-Davidson or Buell Motorcycle Dealer Agreement. With the exception of treating the information provided in this Dealer
Application Form confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, Harley-Davidson has no commitment and
accepts no liability towards the applicant unless and until a Motorcycle Dealer Contract has been executed in due form by duly
authorised officer of Harley-Davidson.

your application for acquiring a Harley-Davidson and Buell dealership and for the purpose of corresponding with you
