meeting before or during consideration of that item. No action will be taken on any item not appearing on<br />
the agenda, and the Committee Chair may limit discussion on any item.<br />

The Brown Act has been amended as a result of Senate Bill 343. As of July 1, 2008, the <strong>District</strong> is required to make documents (revised or<br />

not otherwise exempt from public disclosure. Such documents will be available for public review in the Administrative Center<br />
