7. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General<br />

Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting<br />

that Order with or without modification), no fences, gates, walls or other<br />

forward of the front wall, without the prior written consent of the Local<br />

Planning Authority.<br />
