through risk assessment, and agreed in writing with the Local Planning<br />

Authority, c) Detailed proposals for the removal, containment or otherwise<br />

rendering harmless of any contamination (the 'Reclamation Method<br />

Statement') have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local<br />

Planning Authority, d) The works specified in the Reclamation Method<br />

Statement have been completed in accordance with the approved scheme, e)<br />

If during reclamation or redevelopment works any contamination is identified<br />

that has not been considered in the Reclamation Method Statement, then<br />

remediation proposals for this material should be agreed with the Local<br />

Planning Authority.<br />

8. No development shall take place until a scheme for the protection during<br />

construction works of all trees to be retained on or adjoining the site, in<br />

accordance with BS 5837:2005 (Trees in relation to construction -<br />

Recommendations), has been submitted to and approved in writing by the<br />

Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall thereafter be carried out in<br />

accordance with the approved details and particulars before any equipment,<br />

machinery or materials are brought on to the site for the purposes of the<br />

development. Nothing shall be stored or placed in any area fenced in<br />

accordance with this condition. Nor shall the ground levels within these areas<br />

be altered or any excavation be undertaken without the prior written approval<br />

of the Local Planning Authority. Any trees which are seriously damaged or die<br />

as a result of site works shall be replaced with trees of such size and species<br />

as may be specified in writing by the Local Planning Authority in the next<br />

available planting season.<br />

9. A detailed scheme for the storage of refuse shall be submitted to and<br />

approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter<br />

implemented before the development hereby approved is brought into use.<br />

10. The cycle parking facilities hereby approved shall be made available for use<br />

before the care home is brought into use.<br />

To ensure facilities for means of transport other than the car are available on<br />
