declare that the following articles comply with the Food Safety Regulation (EC) No<br />
1935/2004/EC and 84/500/EC regulation on lead and cadmium release of ceramics.<br />
The articles also comply with BS EN 1388-2 (specific migration of metals drinking rim)<br />
and Dutch National food contact legislation chapter VI ceramics<br />
When used as specified, the overall and specific migration limits do not exceed the<br />
limits.<br />
GET TOGETHER CROCKERY<br />
This declaration is valid for the whole range of Get Together crockery /ceramics<br />
in different colours and sizes<br />
Used materials<br />
According to information given by our suppliers, the crockery is suitable for food contact<br />
and will comply with above mentioned regulations. T he following substances subject to<br />
limitations and/or specification are used in the crockery:<br />

Test circumstances<br />
Compliance has been checked according to Directive 82/711/EEC and 85/572/EEC.<br />
The kitchen utensils are intented to be used with different kind of foods, including dry,<br />
wet, acid , alcoholic and fatty food.<br />
EU guidelines indicate that worst case domestic use for ceramics shall be simulated by<br />
testing at 2 hours, 100 °C, 3% acetic acid. For testing of drinking rim zone test<br />
conditions were 24 hours, 20°C, 3% acetic acid.<br />
The surface to volume ratio was 6 dm2/liter. After this tests the specific migration limits<br />
of tested metals were below the limits. Total migration was below 10 mg/dm2 .<br />
