TROUBLESHOOTING:<br />
Please read and understand all installation instructions before proceeding with the<br />
installation.<br />

Included parts:<br />
1 - H&S air box<br />
1 - High flow air filter w/clamp<br />
1 - <strong>Intake</strong> tube<br />
1 - Silicone coupler<br />
2 - Hose clamps<br />
2 - Phillips head screws<br />
STEP 1<br />
Disconnect the negative terminals from driver and passenger side batteries using an 1/2<br />
inch wrench or socket.<br />
STEP 2<br />
Disconnect the electrical connection for the <strong>Intake</strong> <strong>Air</strong> Temp (IAT).<br />

STEP 3<br />
Loosen hose clamp on factory air box.<br />
STEP 4<br />
Loosen both hose clamps on factory air box intake in front of the turbo.<br />
STEP 5<br />
Remove the factory air box 10mm mounting nut.<br />

STEP 6<br />
Seperate the factory air box from the intake tube. Remove both the factory air box and<br />
intake tube.<br />
STEP 7<br />
Remove the factory <strong>Intake</strong> <strong>Air</strong> Temp (IAT) sensor from the factory air box using torx screw driver.<br />

STEP 8<br />
Using the 2 supplied phillips screws re-install the <strong>Intake</strong> <strong>Air</strong> Temp (IAT) onto the supplied<br />
H&S intake tube.<br />
*Make sure the IAT is seated firmly in tube<br />
before tightening screws.<br />
STEP 9<br />
Remove the lid from the H&S air box. The clips that attach the lid to the air box base are<br />
OEM style clips to allow for easy filter access during maintenance.<br />
STEP 10<br />
Remove the factory rubber mounting grommet off the the factory air box and install on the<br />
H&S air box.<br />

STEP 11<br />
Install the supplied silicone coupler and 2 Hose clamps loosely on the turbo inlet.<br />
STEP 12<br />
Install the H&S <strong>Air</strong> Box. Make sure both plastic tabs on the bottom of the air box line up with the<br />
rubber grommets.<br />

STEP 13<br />
Install the supplied intake tube into the silicone coupler, then into the air box.<br />
STEP 14<br />
Re-install the mounting nut. Tighten both hose clamps.<br />

STEP 15<br />
Reconnect the <strong>Intake</strong> <strong>Air</strong> Temp (IAT) sensor.<br />
STEP 16<br />
Install H&S high flow air filter w/clamp. Tighten Clamp<br />
STEP 17<br />
Attach the H&S air box lid to the base using the oem style clips.<br />

STEP 18<br />
Re-connect the negative battery terminals.<br />
