HOTEL REGISTRATION FORM
Due to limited number of rooms available in Arusha, reservations will be done
on first come first serve basis. Please book your accommodation immediately
in order to avoid disappointment. For more information, please visit the hotels’
website in the links provided.
Hotel Room Reservation Terms & Conditions
1. Hotel room request is accepted when credit card is provided as booking
guarantee as required by the hotel.
2. Confirmation will be given subject to room availability.
3. Room rates are NET, inclusive of Breakfast and all taxes.
4. All rates are in US$.
5. Cancellations for booking should be made in writing to the organizer
minimum 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than
30 days prior to the initial arrival date will subject to the entire stay
room rate charges, the same will apply to No-Show.
6. For confirmed bookings, any changes on arrival date due to flight
changes or other reasons should be informed to the organizers otherwise
No-Show/Cancellation of the entire stay room rate charges will apply.
7. Payment to all hotels by Credit Card will subject to 5% surcharge, except
for Serena Mountain Village, no surcharge will apply.
8. For extension of stay, hotels will be available to offer the same delegate
room rates, subject to room availability. Please contact concerned hotel
directly for this.
