3. Estimation of introduction effects<br />

3.1. Traveling time, transferring time and transferring time ratio<br />

The change of the commuting time, transferring time, defin<strong>ed</strong> in the chapter 3, and the<br />

transferring time ratio, as a in<strong>di</strong>cator of the transfer service, between the before evaluation<br />

and the after evaluation have been examin<strong>ed</strong>. The transferring time ratio is defin<strong>ed</strong> as<br />
