apply hiS scholarship toward hiS<br />
studies for a bachelor's degree In<br />
electrical engineenng at the Umverslty<br />
<strong>of</strong> North Dakota. Marned and<br />
the father <strong>of</strong> four, Brother Blake has<br />
been active in community volunteer<br />
work, political action groups, religious<br />
organizations, the Boy Scouts,<br />
and the Parent-Teachers Club. His<br />

hunting, and fishll1g.<br />

Wireman, Sister Callander is attcndmg<br />
Willamette University in Salem,<br />
Oregon, in pursuit <strong>of</strong> a bachelor's<br />
degree in chemistry. She is ac tive in<br />
the women's SportS program at W!l·<br />

Ricky L_ Hus k will start his college<br />
study under the <strong>IBEW</strong> Founders'<br />
Scholarship thiS fall at Arizona State<br />
UniverSi ty. His field <strong>of</strong> study is<br />
bUSiness administration/accounting.<br />

received a commendation for<br />

the Phoclllx Electrical Joint Apprenticeship<br />

He is married and has performed<br />
