General Information<br />
1. All food and beverage served at <strong>Canlan</strong> <strong>Ice</strong> <strong>Sports</strong> - <strong>York</strong> must be provided by the Thirsty<br />
Penguin Restaurant (birthday cakes excepted).<br />
2. One menu is required for all guests. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with<br />
advance notice. All menu choices must be submitted to the Food and Beverage office at least<br />
two weeks prior to your event.<br />
3. Guaranteed number of guests to be supplied to Food and Beverage Department two weeks<br />
prior to event.<br />
4. Any function exceeding the specified time will be subject to a $100.00 per hour fee.<br />
5. Management reserves the right to discontinue service of Liquor, to anyone, at anytime.<br />
6. Taxes & Gratuity will be added to the final bill and is not included in quoted prices.<br />
7. All menu prices and room rental charges are subject to change without notice. Prices will be<br />
honoured 90 days from the date of the signed contract.<br />
8. <strong>Banquet</strong> room must be vacated by the agreed upon time. Any damages occurring during<br />
functions are the sole responsibility of the client.<br />
9. Payment Schedule: 10% deposit with 50% of the balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.<br />
Balance, to be paid by cash, certified cheque or credit card (sorry no cheques) will be due 48<br />
hours prior to event.<br />
