General Information
1. All food and beverage served at Canlan Ice Sports - York must be provided by the Thirsty
Penguin Restaurant (birthday cakes excepted).
2. One menu is required for all guests. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with
advance notice. All menu choices must be submitted to the Food and Beverage office at least
two weeks prior to your event.
3. Guaranteed number of guests to be supplied to Food and Beverage Department two weeks
prior to event.
4. Any function exceeding the specified time will be subject to a $100.00 per hour fee.
5. Management reserves the right to discontinue service of Liquor, to anyone, at anytime.
6. Taxes & Gratuity will be added to the final bill and is not included in quoted prices.
7. All menu prices and room rental charges are subject to change without notice. Prices will be
honoured 90 days from the date of the signed contract.
8. Banquet room must be vacated by the agreed upon time. Any damages occurring during
functions are the sole responsibility of the client.
9. Payment Schedule: 10% deposit with 50% of the balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.
Balance, to be paid by cash, certified cheque or credit card (sorry no cheques) will be due 48
hours prior to event.
