Downtown Living Tour The Downtown Living Tour grew out of recommendations included in the Onondaga Citizens League’s 2006 community study, “Leveraging Better Outcomes for Downtown,” which provided an overview of the challenges facing downtown Syracuse and goals to be undertaken to revitalize the downtown area.
