Imagine the world Képzeld el a világot HAY FESTIVAL BUDAPEST 4 - 5 May 2012 Welcome to our pilot festival in Budapest, the newest chapter in our festival family that travels from Colombia to Bangladesh, and from Toronto to Istanbul. It’s a huge privilege and honour to be here, and we are deeply grateful to the many people who have so graciously made it possible. We’re here to celebrate great writing in literature, music, architecture and cinema. These artists imagine the world and give us back a new understanding of our lives and the freedom to dream. Please come and join us for two days of conversation and stories and big ideas. You will be most welcome.
