Manual reviewed August 2005. A literature search was conducted in August 2005 of post 2003
publications, this included review of the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention Guidelines
for Environmental Infection Control in Health-Care Facilities, 2003. No changes were considered
necessary, one addition to the reference list only.
The Loddon Mallee Region Infection Control Resource Centre is funded by the Department of
