The birth of my daughter Lauren, meeting my fiancée Louise and reaping the rewards of the
Bodybuilding lifestyle with all the great people I have met and places I have been to. I have
also been lucky enough to have had wonderful supportive parents as well as great friends.
Very caring and supportive parents that were inspirations for me. Always played sports and
was a top ranked cricketer and golfer as a young person.
I enjoy the regimentation of the Gym and contest prep but also enjoy the simple pleasures of
life like relaxing with friends & loved ones, fine dining, watching movies, a breakfast with a
good mate, walking my Beagle and being a good role model for my students as their Year
Coordinator at the school where I teach.
I train at The Club in Port Kennedy, not far from my work and home. I love the feeling of
getting stronger, changing your physique, the adrenalin & endorphins, clearing your head,
stress relief and anti-aging benefits that working out offers you!
My own consulting business…”BODYCHISEL by Craig.” and The Club, Port Kennedy.
I have had several training partners over the years and my current gym buddies are Darren
Thomas, Chris Mace and Mark Paddon who are excellent support, particularly in those
gruelling leg and back workouts!!
I always wanted to compete but never wanted to take drugs to do so. The INBA was a golden
opportunity for me way back in 1994.
To continue competing and striving to get better, do more international contests, help others
achieve their goals and be as good as an ambassador for the sport as I can be.
Your best lifts in 3 exercises Deadlifts, Bent over barbell rows, Military presses.
