• Original codes have been modernized and merged <strong>to</strong> form one consistent<br />

code module STACY<br />

• STACY has been extended and coupled with <strong>the</strong> code system VSOP and<br />

burn up code TNT <strong>to</strong> enable detailed spatially resolved fission product<br />

release calculations<br />

• Fission product release rate <strong>of</strong> short-living respectively long-living nuclides<br />

are higher respectively lower in comparison <strong>to</strong> former calculation methods<br />
