Welcome to The Mineral Spa, Hepburn Springs - a destination day spa in the heart of Victoria’s spa country. 

The Mineral Spa is an idyllic restorative haven and renowned as one of the most acclaimed and awarded natural

and relaxation lounge. 

Signature treatments are by Pevonia Botanica and Li’Tya, performed by therapists, each with their own area 

of expertise and selected for their healing hands and calming spirits. Therapists ensure that every guest has a 

personal spa experience; with individual consultations and exclusive specialist treatments. 

In keeping with the sense of tranquility, The Mineral Spa is architecturally designed to reflect the environment 

and landscape. It is suffused with natural light and enhanced by the soothing sound of the spa’s water and

The Retreat is an indoor/outdoor mineral water therapy zone with sundeck, guest lounge and open fireplace. Soak away stress and 

tiredness in one of the only spas in Australia to use 100 % natural mineral spring water. 

Two 37°-39° mineral water spa pools revive and relax stressed bodies, while a cooler plunge pool invigorates. The transition from hot 

to cool stimulates the circulatory system. These covered pools are on The Retreat veranda, overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens. 

The lavender-infused basalt stone sauna is the only one in the southern hemisphere and has to be experienced to be believed. The hot 

rocks are plunged into the copper cauldron filled with essential oils. Step into the infrared detox box and be engulfed by gentle warmth

Included in all Spa Packages is lunch at The Conservatory, the 

charming café located on the terrace of the Mineral Springs 

Retreat. The Conservatory opens out to all day sun, and is 

elegantly furnished with soft cushioned banquettes, comfortable 

cane chairs and hanging pendulum lamps. It is open 7 days per 

week for breakfast and lunch. High Tea is served Saturday and 

Sunday. 

High Tea Under the arches 

Upgrade your weekend Spa Package to include High Tea. Relax 

in the deep cane armchairs and enjoy petit fours, bite-sized 

sandwiches and freshly baked scones with whipped cream and

The Argus 

Dining Room 

Located within the Mineral Springs Retreat grounds is The 

Argus Dining Room, a fine dining experience serving Modern 

Australian cuisine with an emphasis on regional produce. Guests 

will enjoy a fresh, seasonal menu that utilises produce grown in 

the on site Argus Kitchen Garden as well as rare breed cattle and 

sheep from the owners nearby farm ‘Birch Estate’ in Smeaton.

The Mineral Spa is located within the grounds of Peppers 

Mineral Springs Retreat, a grand 1930s Art Deco hotel with 29 

hotel and garden rooms, 7 self-contained Villas and the heritage 

listed 4 bedroom Villa Parma. 

Located on the upper floor of the hotel, there are four room 

styles: Traditional, Spa, Superior, and The Terrace Room. Each 

is finished in modern décor and many rooms have balconies and
