1. <strong>Christmas</strong> <strong>Bazaar</strong> Location: <strong>Taipei</strong> European School, 727 WenLin Road,<br />
Shihlin District <strong>Taipei</strong>.<br />
2. Date: Saturday, 24 th November <strong>2012</strong>, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (The <strong>Christmas</strong><br />
<strong>Bazaar</strong> will not be postponed if it’s rainy.)<br />
3. <strong>Vendor</strong> fees:<br />
One table (In cafeteria) = NTD $3500<br />
One table (In hallway)= NTD $4000<br />
One tent (2 tables)= NTD $ 8000<br />
Please pay the fee before October 28 th <strong>2012</strong> to hold your reservation.<br />
Payment method: by cash only (by appointment on site)<br />
4. To Set up on the day of the <strong>Bazaar</strong> is from 8:30am – 9:30am.<br />
5. Table provided is 180cmx90cm. Electricity (110V-220V) can be provided if<br />
requested. <strong>Vendor</strong>s must bring their own extension cables.<br />
6. We will not allow the following merchandise to be sold by vendors as it<br />
conflicts with our own stalls;<br />
<strong>Christmas</strong> wreaths with candles.<br />
Open food or drinks for consumption during the time of the event.<br />
7. A strict reminder that according to Taiwan Law, there can be no selling of<br />
counterfeit goods.<br />
8. At the close of the <strong>Christmas</strong> <strong>Bazaar</strong>, each vendor must<br />
clean off his/her table and remove their trash.<br />
