Description of items to be sold at the Bazaar:

Required Information!
1. Christmas Bazaar Location: Taipei European School, 727 WenLin Road,
Shihlin District Taipei.
2. Date: Saturday, 24 th November 2012, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (The Christmas
Bazaar will not be postponed if it’s rainy.)
3. Vendor fees:
One table (In cafeteria) = NTD $3500
One table (In hallway)= NTD $4000
One tent (2 tables)= NTD $ 8000
Please pay the fee before October 28 th 2012 to hold your reservation.
Payment method: by cash only (by appointment on site)
4. To Set up on the day of the Bazaar is from 8:30am – 9:30am.
5. Table provided is 180cmx90cm. Electricity (110V-220V) can be provided if
requested. Vendors must bring their own extension cables.
6. We will not allow the following merchandise to be sold by vendors as it
conflicts with our own stalls;
Christmas wreaths with candles.
Open food or drinks for consumption during the time of the event.
7. A strict reminder that according to Taiwan Law, there can be no selling of
counterfeit goods.
8. At the close of the Christmas Bazaar, each vendor must
clean off his/her table and remove their trash.
