As soon as I saw this list,
I had an immediate trip
down memory lane. I remember
playing every single one
of these songs in my CD player and
dancing around my room like an
absolute idiot when I was younger.
I still have those songs on my iPod.
Don’t act like I’m the only one.
Not to mention, our generation
likes the best books. Growing
up, “Harry Potter” was my life. I
dressed like it; I acted like it; I swear
I thought I was a wizard. And now
the “Hunger Games” is becoming
everyone’s new obsession.
I’m really grateful I have these
kind of books instead of “The
Grapes of Wrath” or half the books
I read in English class. To me, most
older literature is pretty much impossible
to read, whereas I grew
up with books like “Goosebumps”
that I couldn’t put down. I live
through these books and music.
The adventure is so much more exciting
and the music has so much
more feel to it than other generations.
