The Project<br />
• is l<strong>in</strong>ked to ECO NET<br />
Accord<strong>in</strong>g to the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe KulturKontakt Austria implements<br />
the project ECONET-<strong>Bulgaria</strong> f<strong>in</strong>anced by the Austrian Development Agency (Austrian <strong>cooperation</strong><br />
with Eastern Europe on behalf of the Austrian M<strong>in</strong>istry of Foreign Affairs).<br />
ECONET-<strong>Bulgaria</strong> aims at the dissem<strong>in</strong>ation of the tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g firms’ concept all over <strong>Bulgaria</strong>.<br />
ECONET –<strong>Bulgaria</strong> is implemented by the k.education project office Sofia.<br />
• is coord<strong>in</strong>ated with the <strong>Bulgaria</strong>n M<strong>in</strong>istry of Education and Science<br />
• is clearly def<strong>in</strong>ed and limited<br />
• new school equipment will be bought <strong>in</strong> <strong>Bulgaria</strong> for the benefit of the <strong>Bulgaria</strong>n gross national<br />
product<br />
• all f<strong>in</strong>ancial transactions will be conducted as trustee by Mrs. Mag. Eva Jambor, k.education<br />
project office Sofia – see cooperat<strong>in</strong>g organisations<br />
• due to its experience with its Austrian and <strong>Bulgaria</strong>n partners the Rotary Club Kitzbühel<br />
guarantees a last<strong>in</strong>g use of the project’s funds <strong>in</strong> future<br />
• is l<strong>in</strong>ked to youth camps for students of the Higher Secondary Commercial Colleges Kitzbühel,<br />
Austria, and the Technical High School for Economy Montana, <strong>Bulgaria</strong><br />
• the computer hardware and software together with all accessories and other items will belong<br />
to the respective schools. They are responsible for operat<strong>in</strong>g costs and ma<strong>in</strong>tenance<br />
• the office equipment and other items collected <strong>in</strong> Austria are donations and can be imported<br />
to <strong>Bulgaria</strong> free of duty by the help of the Agency for International Aid, Sofia.
