January 2012 Grand Jury Indictments<br />
The <strong>County</strong> <strong>of</strong> Kaua'i Office <strong>of</strong> the Prosecuting Attorney announces the following indictments<br />
from the January 2012 Grand Jury Sessions:<br />
The Grand Jury returned a nineteen count indictment against Kevin<br />
K. Christian, alleging that on January 5, 2012, Christian committed<br />
the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Use <strong>of</strong> a<br />
Firearm in the Commission <strong>of</strong> a Separate Felony, two counts each<br />
<strong>of</strong> Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree and Criminal<br />
Property Damage in the First Degree, and thirteen counts <strong>of</strong><br />
Reckless Endangering in the First Degree by firing gunshots at a<br />
police <strong>of</strong>ficer and into the property <strong>of</strong> others. Christian’s case is<br />
set for jury trial on April 9, 2012.<br />
Kevin K. Christian<br />
The Grand Jury returned a four count indictment against Chance<br />
M.P, Taala, alleging that in October <strong>of</strong> 2011 and January 2012,<br />
Taala committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> one count <strong>of</strong> Sexual Assault in the<br />
First Degree and three counts <strong>of</strong> Sexual Assault in the Third<br />
Degree by sexually assaulting a minor under the age <strong>of</strong> fourteen.<br />
Taala’s case is set for status on February 14, 2012.<br />

Fernando Estenzo<br />
The Grand Jury returned a seven count indictment against<br />
Fernando and Keanu Estenzo, alleging that on October 25, 2011,<br />
Fernando committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> one count each <strong>of</strong> Promoting a<br />
Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use <strong>of</strong> Drug<br />
Paraphernalia, as well as four counts <strong>of</strong> Promoting a Harmful Drug<br />
in the Fourth Degree by possessing methamphetamine,<br />
Testosterone, Trenbalone, Stanozolol, Nandrolone and drug<br />
paraphernalia. Keanu is alleged to have committed the <strong>of</strong>fense <strong>of</strong><br />
one count <strong>of</strong> Promoting a Harmful Drug in the Fourth Degree for<br />
possessing Buprenorphine. Their cases are set for arraignment and<br />
plea on February 14, 2012.<br />
Keanu Estenzo<br />
The Grand Jury returned a three count indictment against Joel B.<br />
Villamor, alleging that on December 15, 2011, Villamor<br />
committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> Burglary in the First Degree, Criminal<br />
Property Damage in the Fourth Degree and Abuse <strong>of</strong> Family or<br />
Household Member by entering into or remaining illegally in the<br />
dwelling <strong>of</strong> another, injuring said person and damaging said<br />
persons property. Villamor’s case is set for arraignment and plea<br />
on February 14, 2012.<br />
Joel B. Villamor
The Grand Jury returned a five count indictment against<br />
Gabriel Brown, alleging that on November 20, 2011, Brown<br />
committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> Unauthorized Control <strong>of</strong> Propelled<br />
Vehicle, Reckless Driving <strong>of</strong> a Vehicle, Accident Involving<br />
Damage to Vehicle or Property and two counts <strong>of</strong> Inattention to<br />
Driving by exerting unauthorized control over the vehicle <strong>of</strong><br />
another, driving in such a way as to cause an accident which<br />
resulted in damage and failed to stop or remain at the scene <strong>of</strong> said<br />
accident Brown’s case is set for arraignment and plea on<br />
February 21, 2012.<br />
Gabriel Brown<br />
The Grand Jury returned a one count indictment against Suzanne<br />
Perry, alleging that on Janauary 24, 2011, Perry committed the<br />
<strong>of</strong>fense <strong>of</strong> Prohibited Acts Related to Controlled Substances by<br />
obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud<br />
or deceit. A warrant was issued for Perry’s arrest and bail was set<br />
at $1,000.00.<br />
Suzanne Perry<br />
The Grand Jury returned a one count indictment against Macy<br />
Someda-Dill, alleging that on October 10, 2011, Someda-Dill<br />
committed the <strong>of</strong>fense <strong>of</strong> Unauthorized Control <strong>of</strong> Propelled<br />
Vehicle by exerting unauthorized control over the motor vehicle <strong>of</strong><br />
another. A warrant was issued for Someda-Dill’s arrest and bail<br />
was set at $1,000.00.<br />
Macy Someda-Dill
The Grand Jury returned an eleven count indictment against Ken<br />
Maurice Lardizabal, alleging that on December 19, 2011,<br />
Lardizabal committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> one count <strong>of</strong> Sexual Assault<br />
in the Second Degree and ten counts <strong>of</strong> Sexual Assault in the<br />
Fourth Degree by repeatedly making unwanted sexual contact with<br />
another person. Lardizabal’s case is set for arraignment and plea<br />
on February 14, 2012.<br />
Ken Maurice Lardizabal<br />
The Grand Jury returned a five count indictment against Wayne<br />
Perreira, Jr., alleging that on May 31, 2011, Perreira committed the<br />
<strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> two counts <strong>of</strong> Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the<br />
Third Degree, two counts <strong>of</strong> Unlawful Use <strong>of</strong> Drug Paraphernalia<br />
and one count <strong>of</strong> Carrying a Deadly Weapon by possessing<br />
methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and metal knuckles. A<br />
warrant was issued for Perreira’s arrest and bail was set at<br />
$5,000.00.<br />
Wayne Perreira, Jr.<br />
The Grand Jury returned a five count indictment against Alana<br />
Santiago-Lumabao, alleging that on January 7, 2012, Santiago-<br />
Lumabao committed the <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> three counts <strong>of</strong> Assault in the<br />
Third Degree, Criminal Property Damage in the Fourth Degree and<br />
Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree by<br />
unlawfully entering into the motor vehicle <strong>of</strong> another, causing<br />
bodily injury to three individuals, and damaging the property <strong>of</strong><br />
another. Santiago-Lumabao’s case is set for jury trial on May 14,<br />
2012.<br />
