REMARKS: MOMENTUM is one of very few <strong>Baltic</strong> 47's with "direct companionway" layout. During the years<br />

2006 and 2009 she has been outfitted with new electronics and sail inventory. This 2011/2012 offseason she was<br />

completely gone through all her systems, engine, rig, steering system, winches, teak decks hull all serviced in a very<br />

detailed fashion. She will survey very well!<br />
