Prepositional Phrases<br />
• Definition- group of words that includes a<br />
preposition <strong>and</strong> a noun or pronoun;<br />
generally object of the preposition is the<br />
noun or pronoun that follows preposition<br />
• Most prepositional phrases contain 2 or 3<br />
words but some may be longer depending<br />
on number of words modifying the object<br />
