food often described as modern British cook<strong>in</strong>g, although<br />

classical and <strong>in</strong>ternational elements are never forgotten.<br />

Chef Nail focuses on provenance, quality and susta<strong>in</strong>ability<br />

of the raw <strong>in</strong>gredients used <strong>in</strong> the kitchen.<br />

Claridge’s <strong>in</strong>-<strong>room</strong> d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g team is delighted to offer<br />

private enterta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> your <strong>room</strong> or suite dur<strong>in</strong>g your stay.<br />

Be it lunch, d<strong>in</strong>ner, or a cocktail party, the team is happy<br />

to discuss <strong>menu</strong>s with you. Ideally a m<strong>in</strong>imum of 24-hours’<br />

notice should be given when organis<strong>in</strong>g a private <strong>menu</strong>,<br />

but the senior chefs will always do their best to<br />

accommodate shorter notice.<br />

Chef Nail has devised the <strong>in</strong>-<strong>room</strong> d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>menu</strong> to both<br />

tempt and cater to your every need but should you want<br />

someth<strong>in</strong>g that is not on the <strong>menu</strong>, the kitchen will be<br />

more than happy to make it for you, provided that the<br />

<strong>in</strong>gredients are available.<br />

In-<strong>room</strong> d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g is available 24 hours a day.<br />
