Issued and paid up capital : CYP 1,000.00
Intended principal activities : Investment holding
3. F.E Production Ltd
Country of incorporation and operation : Ukraine
Issued and paid up capital : UAH 33,000.00
Intended principal activities : Manufacturing of food
& beverage products
4. Delta Future
Country of incorporation and operation : Ukraine
Issued and paid up capital : UAH 35,000.00
Intended principal activities : General trading

The incorporation of the Subsidiaries is for the purpose of establishing and supporting the
Company’s operations in Ukraine.
The incorporation of these Subsidiaries has no financial impact on the consolidated
earnings per share or consolidated net tangible assets per share of the Company for the
current financial year.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest,
whether direct or indirect in the Subsidiaries.
