RAPA as a legal entity:
Shaun continues to work toward making RAPA a legal entity.
Education:
The Education committee continues to make progress on the additional E-Learning modules. Half of the
modules are finalized and the other half are in draft form. The committee will be presenting at the Fall
2012 meeting.
Audit:
The Audit committee has not made much progress this summer due to scheduling conflicts. Matt hopes to
discuss during the Fall meeting.
Data:
Ellen announced that she will retire as Data Chair and Genevra Pflaum will become the new Data Chair.
Genevra will be unable to attend this year’s RAPA meeting but she will be attending the 2013 meeting.
Membership:
A couple more renewals have come in. Greg would like to get a list of all attendees of the RAPA 2012
meeting so that he can contact non RAPA members regarding membership.
Social Media:
No update.
Treasury Report:

We have received $30,000 in registration payments to date. Our current bank balance is $29,242.

No update.
2012 RAPA Conference:
The hotel confirmed that hurricane Issac did not do any damage to the hotel or surrounding area.
Currently 53 people have reserved rooms at the hotel. We have met our minimum requirement of rooms
at the hotel. Karen has received the majority of the sponsorship checks and will send those to Sue. We will
start to receive weekly updates and the number of registered attendees.
The Planning committee is currently investigating hotel costs in Charlotte for the 2013 Fall meeting.
