There are 43 Circuit Court Judges and 17 County Court<br />
Judges (three in Osceola County). Judges are elected on a<br />
nonpartisan, countywide ticket. Circuit Court Judges serve<br />
six-year terms and County Court judges serve four-year terms.<br />
Judges must have been practicing attorneys and members<br />
of the Florida Bar Association for at least five years before<br />
