This office is the central point of contact for a wide range
of emergency management activities. Among those are
the coordination of policies and procedures regarding the
execution of all major emergency and disaster operations for
all cities within Orange County; coordinates all actions taken by
city and county governments to plan, organize, and prepare for
the saving of lives, protection of property, and the recovery from

Prepares and monitors Orange County’s annual operating

Office; provides centralized coordination of operational
and strategic performance measurement activities; assists
