Hotel<br />
All participants will be accommodated<br />
at the Windsor Barra Hotel. The<br />
Welcome Desk is located on the<br />
second floor of the hotel, providing<br />
overall information.<br />
The Opening and Closing Plenary will<br />
take place in the Segovia Rooms I, II<br />
and III, while the Breakout Sessions will<br />
be hosted in various meeting rooms<br />
located on the same floor.<br />
The IOC-Rio 2016 joint reception on<br />
Monday 19 November will be hosted<br />
at the Fogo de Chão Restaurant, at<br />
Av. Reporter Nestor Moreira, Botafogo<br />
beach. Transport will be provided.<br />
