The sixth annual <strong>STLP</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Championship</strong> at the Lexington Convention Center and Rupp Arena was<br />
on <strong>May</strong> 13, <strong>2011</strong>.<br />
Students demonstrated real learning in real time with real purpose.<br />
P-12 students from across the state showed what they know and can do with technology in over thirty<br />
nine different learning categories covering the Arts, STEM, and marketable career skills.<br />
The event is where core content mashes up with technology, problem solving and innovation, where<br />
empowered students use technology to learn and achieve, and where adults support this 21st Century<br />
Learning.<br />
Students from across Kentucky were honored at the awards program in Rupp Arena from 6:00-8:30<br />
PM. Teachers and community persons were named in special awards based upon their time, talent and<br />
dedication to <strong>STLP</strong>.<br />
