Dedication<br />
The staff would like to dedicate the <strong>2009</strong> edition <strong>of</strong> Trillium to Dr. Mónica Peláez,<br />
who brought life to the 2007 and 2008 issues <strong>of</strong> Trillium. Dr. Peláez was devoted<br />
to both her work and to her students. Her substantial role in the Literature<br />
Department is dearly missed, and we wish her luck in her future endeavors.<br />
We would also like to dedicate this issue to those <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Ramapo</strong> community who<br />
have served and continue to serve our country.<br />
