• Only one data bundle per account<br />
• Data Sharer Access Fee added to CTN’s wishing to share bundle<br />
• Subject to Maximum user Limits<br />
• Cannot be taken in conjunction with single data bolt-ons<br />
• Existing Mobile Broadband connections cannot be cancelled in order to move to Data Sharer<br />
• OOB Use: £17.00 per MB (ex VAT)<br />

Data Sharer On Vodafone Business Sharer: Commercial Rules<br />
Existing Voice only account taking Shared Data Multi:<br />
• In Contract: Shared Data Multi can be added in contract and will run concurrent with<br />
existing voice connections, pro-rated commission paid.<br />
• In Life Renewal: When account renews, new 24M contract begins and Shared Data Multi<br />
bundle can be added. Shared Data Multi bundle runs concurrent with voice connections,<br />
full commission is paid.<br />
• Full Term Renewal: When account renews, a new 24M contract begins and Shared<br />
Data Multi bundle can be added. Shared Data Multi bundle runs concurrent with voice<br />
connections, full commission is paid.<br />
Existing Voice/Converged account taking Shared Data Multi:<br />
• In Contract: Data Sharer Multi is not available to accounts where voice element is not<br />
eligible for renewal<br />
• In Life Renewal: 80% of the voice account must be eligible for renewal, including the<br />
Parent. When account renews, 24M contract begins and Shared Data Multi bundle<br />
can be added. Shared Data Multi bundle runs concurrent with voice connections, full<br />
commission is paid, any single data bolt-ons remobed will be subject to pro=rated<br />
clawback.<br />
• Full Term Renewal: 80% of the voice account must be eligible for renewal, including the<br />
Parent. When account renews, new 24M contract begins and SHared Data Multi bundle<br />
can be added. Shared Data Multi bundle runs concurrent with voice connections, full<br />
commission is paid, any single data bolt-ons removed are not subject to clawback<br />
Existing MBB Connections<br />
• In Contract: Not applicable in line with above rule<br />
• In Life Renewal: Cannot move existing MBB connection(s) to Shared Data Multi. If a<br />
MBB connection is requested as part of Shared Data Multi, new SIM(s) will be provided,<br />
existing MBB connection must see out contractual term.<br />
• Full Term Renewal: Cannot move existing MBB connection(s) to Shared Data Multi. If a<br />
MBB connection is requested as par of Shared Data Multi, new SIM(s) will be provided,<br />
existing MBB connection must see out contracutal term.<br />
