Date and Location
Coronary Artery Disease: Prevention, Detection & Treatment will be held
November 2-4, 2013. The program will be held at the Four Seasons Las Vegas
in Las Vegas, Nevada. The program will be held in the Grand Ballroom.
Attending Coronary Artery Disease: Prevention, Detection & Treatment will allow
participants to experience education and enjoy the dynamic location of Las
Vegas. After the session, enjoy world-class entertainment and shows or enjoy
one of the many culinary delights the city has to offer.
Lodging Accommodations
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special
course rates at the Four Seasons Las Vegas for $225 single/double. In order to
receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is
filled or before the expiration date of October 1, 2013, whichever comes first.
Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate
availability. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic
Coronary Artery Disease conference when making your reservation.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Resort Fee: Following are the inclusions of the Resort Fee of $20: in-room wired

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual
who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs
incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the
responsibility of the registrant.
Parking
Parking is available at the hotel. The cost for parking is not included in the
registration fee.
Electronic Syllabus
The symposium syllabus (presentations in PDF form) will be provided to
registrants on the registration web site. Attendees should have log-in
information available to access information. The materials will be available
during and after the program (6 months). Attendees are encouraged to bring a
laptop and/or electronic tablet to the program to view the materials. Attendees
should be familiar with using their device prior to accessing materials.
