** Please note that payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Onsite event management reserves the<br />
right to withhold onsite sponsorship benefits and access to the event for those whose invoices have not been<br />
paid in full. If you have pay by bank transfer, please provide the bank transfer confirmation so that we can<br />
identify your payment and apply to your invoice.<br />

<strong>Sponsor</strong> Passes – total of complimentary passes are per contract. Select “Attendee Type” of<br />
Exhibitor/<strong>Sponsor</strong> and enter “Discount or Promo Code” of <strong>AVSEC</strong>SP.<br />
Additional <strong>Sponsor</strong> Passes can be obtained at USD $1340 + VAT. Select “Attendee Type” of<br />
Exhibitor/<strong>Sponsor</strong> and enter “Discount or Promo Code” of <strong>AVSEC</strong>20.<br />
** All <strong>Sponsor</strong> passes will be allowed to attend the <strong>AVSEC</strong> World conference sessions, exhibition and all<br />

A special Conference Room Rate is available for all delegates at the Marriott Frankfurt Hotel, which is<br />
located across the street from the Messe Congress Center. The negotiated rates are: EUR €149<br />
Single/EUR €182 Double Room. Rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT. Please be sure to confirm your<br />
reservation prior to 8 October 2010 in order to get the special room rate.
